I'm getting ready to have some me time yes, that right me time. After, school I take off the student hat and replace it with the Mommy hat. After, the children are fed, homework are done and children off to bed. My Mommy hat comes off and the student hat takes it's place once more.
I realize that I don't have time for myself or enjoy things I like to do. As, a gift to myself I decide to join a gym. I empower my mind at school, at home my heart, at night I read the word of God for my soul, and now it's time to empower the body with healthier eating getting physically fit. Sometimes, we done have others to empower us but, if we look deep inside and find that warrior within each of us and image the possibilities.
